We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you must have a valid reasom for this.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and not having been modified or altered in any way.

It must be in its original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase.

Any returned items will be issued as a credit note or can be exchanged for other items of same value.

Return postage is at the discretion of the buyer

All sale or discounted items are non returnable

Full Bikes built to a bespoke specification are not returnable

Any reduced, sale or discounted items are not returnable

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
